The Opportunity

You will lead a well-established UK business employing over 60 staff, including three experienced senior directors across Finance & HR, Sales & Marketing, and Operations & Logistics. Your mission will be to:

• Provide strong leadership and stabilise the current operation.

• Align the UK business with broader group strategy and culture.

• Drive performance across key commercial, operational and strategic metrics.

• Cultivate an engaging, collaborative culture across all levels of the business.

The company manufactures and supplies a range of high-efficiency domestic heating products including boilers, air source solutions, water heaters, cylinders, and heating system accessories. Products are sold via a mix of national and independent merchants, installers, and an evolving specification channel.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a commercially astute and people-focused leader with experience at board/MD level within the plumbing & heating  sectors. You will be:

• Strategic, adaptable and forward-thinking.

• Capable of motivating teams and leading through change.

• Comfortable in a hands-on, office-based leadership role.

• Familiar with merchant and installer-led routes to market.
