Due to continued growth and renewed investment this well established manufacturer of Construction chemicals are seeking a National Sales Manager to manage the UK sales function. As the leader of the Sales team you will have responsibility for setting sales targets, implementing sales strategy, day to day management of the national sales force and joint customer visits. Your sales team will be selling the companies full range of Admixtures, Concrete Repair, Underground & Structural waterproofing, Screeds & Resins to Architects, Engineers, Contractors & Specialist Distributors. As this is very much a solution based sale selling the products into Commercial, Industrial and even some Residential projects, you will ensure the sales team are conducting CPD’s. Your sales team will be supported by a highly experienced Technical team who will assist them with any technical problems. Lots of potential and new business opportunities across the UK as well as a healthy pipeline of existing projects for your team to benefit from. As this is a National role the client is reasonably flexible on where you can be based but NOT the extremes of the UK.
