This position is working for an established Electrical Wholesaler. This position is managing a team of 4 x ASM’s and soon to be growing to 8 ASM’s. You will lead and motivate the team via KPI’s, setting targets, ensuring they are feeling self motivated and driven. You and the team members will be selling into electrical contractors. The products you will be selling include trunking, cable management, switchgear, lighting, ventilation, cabling, fans, electric heating etc. This is a national role but in an ideal world you will reside centrally, located around the midlands. You will be tasked with key duties including liaising with suppliers, speaking to commercial & operational teams with reference products and pricing.

You will have a proven sales pedigree from within the electrical sector, and have strong experience of selling into contractors. Although this is a leadership position, my client is open to someone without managerial experience, just as long as you are hungry, driven and on the upward curve in your career. Ideally you will work for another electrical wholesaler and be ready for a new challenge.
