    Sales Manager – Acoustics / Ceilings


    Due to continued levels of positive growth , this role will be selling the company’s range of acoustic panels used predominantly in ceiling applications.  These acoustic panels consist of a certified product that gives them a unique edge in the marketplace. The products are full of benefits including – excellent acoustics, effective fire performance, natural strength and ease of installation. This role will be selling predominantly into Main/Specialist Sub-Contractors (including Design & Build, Acoustic Contractors, Fit-Out Contractors, and Dry-Liners). This is a heavily project led focused role , following up on specification leads and enquiries – winning projects , conducting CPD’s, presenting at regional offices and supporting with on-site issues. The remaining element of the role will be spent with Architects/Designers , albeit much less emphasis, as well as working sometimes with their distribution partners.  This role will be heavily new business focused, sourcing projects via Glenigans, NBS etc and following up on enquiries and leads, and working closely with distribution interiors teams to support on projects. This individual will be supported by and work closely with the Marketing, Technical, Product and internal sales teams within the group.  The company have a showroom in London to enable potential customers to see the products in person. The main focus of the role will be in and around London.

    My client is looking for hunger, drive, and attitude first and foremost within the salesperson. You must have sold a relevant product (ceilings, insulation, dry-lining) into the route to market – D&B, Fit-Out, Acoustic Contractors and Dry Liners. You must understand the sales cycle and be able to hit the ground running in generating new business with the customer base.   Ideally you will be on the upwards curve of your career. You must also live within an hour of London.
