You will be selling the company’s full range of bathroom suites, brassware and sanitary ware. You will sell across the residential and commercial sector (company is much stronger In residential) You will target 40% into Main Contractors, M+E Contractors, Plumbing Contractors. 30% is spent with Regional Developers (upto 200 plots per year), Hotels, Care Homes, Local Authorities and Councils. 25% is spent with Architects. 5% is spent with Merchants like Neville Lumb and UKPS, MKM, Wolseley. (Not at branch level though, only at estimator level) They have a dedicated merchant focused team so this will be as & when the contracts are live. The area is the North East, all of Yorkshire and East Midlands.

You will have current sales experience of selling through any form of specification. You will come from a semi-related product background but my client is happy to meet people from Kitchens, Flooring, Ceramics etc. You will be honest & trustworthy with a good positive attitude.
