We are recruiting on behalf of a leading European manufacturer high-performance building products, with a strong presence across the UK. With a UK turnover of £17 million and continued investment in growth, this business offers innovative solutions for exterior wall insulation (EWI), façade systems, and interior finishes. Competing with major players in the render and façade market, they are now looking to expand their presence in the South East.
This is a full-cycle, specification-driven sales role focused on promoting a full range of EWI and render products, including:
Silicone and Top Coat Renders
Fibre Cement Boards
Brick Slips
You will be targeting architects, specifiers, developers, main contractors, local authorities, housing associations, and specialist sub-contractors. This role also includes delivering CPDs and managing projects from initial design through to completion. The area currently presents a significant opportunity, with a target sales value of £1 million.
We’re seeking a project-led, technically minded sales professional who thrives in a specification environment. Suitable backgrounds include:
Render / Insulation / Cladding
Drylining / Plasterboard
Other building envelope or façade-related products
Specification sales experience is ideal, but candidates with a strong track record working with developers and contractors will also be considered. Please note: this is not a merchant-facing role.
