This role will be specifying the company’s range of acoustic, fire and thermal insulation solutions – these include Cavity & Acoustic Barriers, Acoustic Inserts, Perimeter Barriers, Firestops and Stone-Wool Slabs – all of which are predominantly used within façade, curtain walling and cladding applications. This role will be 100% generating specifications with London Architectural Practices on commercial high-rise projects. A key responsibility of this position involves managing a huge range of existing architect relationships and sourcing new projects. Once the projects are won, they are then followed up in conjunction with your colleague , the Commercial Manager to make the sure they are managed to completion. These projects can be anywhere in the world as the company have a strong global sales presence. This person will be supported and backed up by a 30 strong technical team. The area is London and you will inherit a healthy bank of specifications.

My client is looking to only hear from top quality sales professionals who have strong experience within the structural/building envelope sector and who can clearly demonstrate high levels of success in winning specifications with Architects. Product experience in cladding, curtain walling, facades, steel framing, commercial glazing & structural insulation is the key. You also must be established with London architects and be able to hit the ground running with the contact base.
