This specification role gives you responsibility for winning and managing specifications for the companies complete range of Fire Stopping / Thermal & Acoustic products, these products are used in Cladding, Facades, Roofing & Interior applications. This is a heavily led specification position dealing mostly with Architects but also Tier 1 & Facade Contractors. This is very much a solution sale , explaining the technical features and benefits and ensuring building & fire regulations are met. You will also conduct CPD’s. Projects vary from Public sector such as Schools, Universities & Hospitals through to private high rise developments and commercial office blocks. This is a newly created position as part of the companies commitment to growth. You will be covering everything south of Birmingham but a large amount of focus will be in and around London.
The company are part of a well established Global group. They have been associated for many years with producing ranges of Cavity Fire Barriers, Raised access Floor barriers & Acoustic Insulation Boards that provide solutions to any Facade / Envelope projects. All products meet strict building & Fire regulations.
My client is seeking a quality sales professional from a technical specification background. If you have experience in related products this will give you a distinct advantage. Ideally Insulation, Facades, Cladding, Fire Protection, Roofing & Dry Lining will be attractive to the client. You need to be as accessible to London as possible.
