Specification Sales Manager – Flooring

This extremely exciting specification position is selling my clients full range of flooring products including Carpet Tiles, Luxury Vinyl Tiles and Vinyl Flooring. Heavily targeting Regional Housebuilders/Developers with a small amount of Student Accommodation and Care Home led projects. To be considered for this role you must be an extremely high-calibre sales professional with a proven track record and experience and knowledge of selling within this route market. Focussing almost solely inside the M25 there may be some travel to the touching Counties you must be happy to commute to London on a regular basis.

I am seeking a high calibre sales professional from within the Flooring/Interiors sector who has experience of working with Housebuilders and Developers across the South East of England. Knowledge of the flooring sector is highly advantageous however not essential for the right applicant as my client will consider an individual who has sold Bathrooms, Kitchens, Wallcovering etc. You will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record of generating new business as well as a stable career background.
