An exciting specification focused role for a market leading Manufacturer of Sealants , Membranes & Adhesives that are used in Facade & Structural Glazing applications. Selling the companies prominent brands through the specification cycle, targeting Architects & Main Contractors. A lot of direct involvement with Building Owners & End Users. Lots of Technical Demos on site. Working almost like a product specialist assisting colleagues on projects that specifically involve these applications. High end products so lots of having to sell on Features & benefits and technical solutions. A lot of create demand and adhering to Building Regulations. The area is the whole of the South East but with a big focus on London, so easy access to get into London is important. Projects vary from High Rise Residential through to Commercial Projects.
The company are a leading manufacturer of construction & industrial Sealants & Facade solutions for the industry. They are extremely well established and part of a prominent Global building product group.
My client is looking for a very high calibre sales individual from a Facade / Envelope background. You need to be as comfortable with Specification as you are dealing with Contractors. You need to be able to demonstrate career stability as well. A very challenging & rewarding role.
