Role Overview: My client is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the UK sales team for our client. The role involves managing a team of 6 Area Sales Managers (ASMs), targeting M&E Consultants, M&E Contractors and Developers for projects ranging from Office Blocks to Apartments and High Rise Buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the ASMs in project tracking, achieving a £20m+ turnover, and strategically expanding market share.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in HVAC sales
• Successful Man-Manager who can demonstrate growth
• In-depth knowledge of M&E sectors and project management
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
