Brad joined Courtney Smith Group in November 2015, following a background in B2B sales. Since then, he has held a variety of roles within the business, including a position focused solely on client relationships as a Business Development Manager. Now working as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Brad combines his in-depth industry knowledge with a strong understanding of both client and candidate needs, allowing him to deliver a well-rounded, consultative approach.

Outside of work, Brad enjoys playing guitar and producing electronic music. He also likes to stay up to date with new tech, regularly attends live gigs with friends, and is the proud owner of two cavapoo dogs, Olive and Apple.
