Brad joined Courtney Smith Group in November 2015 as his first role in recruitment, having previously worked in a B2B sales environment. This was a challenging and exciting transition that has allowed Brad to work alongside growing and prestigious manufacturers; across a multitude of building product sectors. In late 2020 Brad moved across to the client side of Courtney Smith Group as Business Development Manager. In this position Brad speaks to clients and account manages some of the companies most important key accounts.

In his downtime Brad writes and produces electronic music. Brad likes to keep up-to-date on technology and attends gigs with friends whenever possible.
