Since joining Courtney Smith Group in April 2024, Callum has quickly made an impact as a Recruitment Resourcer and has now progressed to the role of Recruitment Consultant. In this position, he works closely with candidates and clients alike — understanding career goals, sourcing top talent, headhunting professionals, and building strong relationships across the industry. His energetic and positive approach continues to support both successful placements and wider business growth.

Outside of work, Callum is passionate about sports, whether watching or playing football and golf. He also enjoys quality time with his family and staying active in the gym.
