Sam joined Courtney Smith in July 2024, bringing with him valuable experience from previous roles at a timber merchant in Enfield and a double glazing company in Cheshunt. His broad and practical knowledge of building materials gives him a solid foundation when working with clients across the construction and building products industry.

Since joining the team, Sam has quickly adapted to the office environment and made a strong impression with his personable and approachable nature.

In his role, Sam is responsible for engaging with key clients – including Regional Managers, National Sales Managers, Sales Directors, and Managing Directors – to take detailed job briefs. He focuses on understanding not just the technical requirements of each vacancy, but also the personality fit and company culture to ensure the best recruitment outcomes.

Outside of work, Sam is a passionate Formula 1 fan and enjoys spending quality time with his young daughter and their family dog.
