Area Sales Manager – Electrical Products x2

Role

We are recruiting for two Area Sales Managers to promote a leading range of electrical products. The portfolio includes:

• Single & three phase circuit protection

• Three phase distribution boards

• Power & lighting distribution boards

Your role will be to develop business with national and independent electrical wholesalers whilst working closely with installers and contractors

The position involves a strong mix of new business development and account management, while also working closely with internal teams to maximise cross-selling opportunities.

Locations: (2 roles) 

• North London, Essex, Herts, Beds, Berks, Bucks, Cambs

• Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Norfolk, Suffolk

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 basic depending on experience
OTE: £45,000 – £65,000 (Bonus £5k upto £15K paid annually)

The Candidate

We are looking for candidates with electrical industry experience. Ideally:

1. From a manufacturer with established customer contacts in the wholesale market

2. From an electrical wholesaler with strong product and market knowledge

Full product training will be provided, but a solid understanding of the market and customer base is essential.
