    Regional Sales Manager – Construction Support Systems

    Role

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and hands-on Regional Sales Manager to lead a small sales team in Scotland. You will manage and coach a team of 3 Area Sales Managers who specialise in Construction Support Systems including Shoring, Temporary Support and Hire.

    This is a hands on management role where you will not only guide and support your team but also take an active role in driving sales yourself.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    – Managing, coaching and developing a team of Area Sales Managers

    – Delivering against the regional business plan in line with wider strategy

    – Driving sales into Main Contractors, Sub Contractors and Civil Engineers both on-site and at regional level

    – Key account management and high-level negotiations

    – Generating new business leads and supporting team performance improvement

    The region currently has a healthy turnover, with scope for significant growth.

    – Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
