I have an exclusive assignment with an extremely well established supplier of building materials that offers the successful candidate a chance to develop not only a branch but the Midlands region as a whole. You will have complete responsibility for the Sales , Operations and growth of an already successful branch, as well as being given the remit to grow the regions customer base and profit. The company supply a range of building materials to builders merchants, regional developers and local installers. You will be managing not only the branch team but 1 external sales manager. Together with your team you will be charged with increasing branch turnover and profit, however as this is a very customer facing senior role, you will be required to get in front of customers and develop regional sales. Reporting to the owner of the company this is a key role for the company as they aim to continue their growth.
