    Our client is a market leader in the bathroom products sector, holding a strong market share and renowned for delivering exceptional product quality and service excellence. They operate across multiple channels, including Specification, Contractors, Merchants, and direct-to-consumer channels.

    The role involves direct management of the core sales team, including several direct reports, as well as indirect leadership of a wider network of 18 Business Development Managers (BDMs) operating across the UK.

    You will be accountable for driving and sustaining a significant revenue stream exceeding £50 million, ensuring continued growth, strategic alignment across channels, and the development of high-performance sales teams.

    You will be a proven sales leader with substantial experience managing large-scale sales operations at a national level. This includes overseeing both direct and indirect reports, and full commercial accountability for a revenue stream exceeding £50 million as a minium. Ideally, you’ll bring 6–8+ years of senior-level sales leadership, with a demonstrable track record of delivering growth and driving high-performing teams.

    While experience within the bathroom sector is not essential, what is crucial is the calibre of the individual. My client is open-minded on industry background and route-to-market, but is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and commercially sharp sales professional. You’ll be a target-driven go-getter with a firm, hands-on leadership style — someone who can inspire teams, lead from the front, and drive results with confidence and clarity.

    Please note that due to the seniority and scale of this role — and the flexibility my client offers in terms of sector background — it’s essential that potential candidates fully understand the core non-negotiables. You must have proven experience in managing a large, structured sales team, including the leadership of managers, and have held full responsibility for a turnover in excess of £50 million over a sustained period.
