This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team as an Area Sales Manager responsible for developing business across the South East region. You will promote a premium range of accessible bathroom products including grab rails, support systems, basins, and other specialist products.
Your customer base will include:
Architects and specification partners
Main and sub-contractors
Hotel groups (Hilton, Marriott)
Care home providers and education projects
Merchant and distribution partners (e.g. Wolseley, CP Hart, Neville Lumb)
This is a full-cycle sales role that combines specification development with back-selling through distribution partners. Full training will be provided.
We’re seeking an ambitious and commercially sharp individual, ideally with a background in:
Bathroom or KBB sales (showroom, merchant, or contract)
Selling into the specification or construction market
Or an internal salesperson looking to take their first step into field sales
More important than direct product experience is your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to build strong relationships across the construction supply chain.
