A leading UK manufacturer of steel framing solutions is looking to appoint a Regional Sales Manager to cover Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, Durham, Yorkshire & North Lincolnshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected, long-established business at the forefront of steel framing technology.
You will sell a market-leading Steel Framing System (SFS) load-bearing solution, a complete structural system suitable for buildings up to four storeys. Products are supplied to site as components and assembled in situ, offering main contractors and architects a high-performance, value-driven alternative to reinforced concrete.
This is a specification-driven, solution sales role, focusing on:
Working closely with architectural practices to drive specification.
Developing strong, lasting relationships with main contractors (e.g. major national contractors) and specialist sub-contractors.
Managing projects from early design through to order placement.
Collaborating with internal technical and project teams to ensure smooth delivery.
This is an established and high-performing territory with strong existing relationships.

You will ideally come from one of the following backgrounds:
Structural framing
Structural steel
RC frames
Building envelope / façades
RCI
You must be comfortable selling through specification, managing complex projects, and influencing multiple stakeholders. Stability in previous roles is important—this client values loyalty and long-term commitment.
Solution-based selling experience and the ability to win orders in a consultative manner will be key to your success.
Interviews will be held face-to-face, with first meetings arranged at a mutually convenient location in the region.
