Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 basic + up to £14,000 bonus
OTE: £69,000 – £74,000

A market-leading British manufacturer of heating and renewable technologies is seeking an Renewables Sales Manager to join their expanding team. This is a key role within the organisation’s fast-growing heat pump and hybrid systems division.
Covering the whole of the South East Region you will be responsible for driving sales of the company’s full range of heat pumps, hybrid solutions, and air conditioning systems. This role supports the business’s continued push towards low-carbon, energy-efficient home heating solutions.
Manage and grow relationships with domestic/renewables installers
Work closely with MCS-registered installer partners and key accounts
Support installers transitioning from traditional boilers to electrification solutions.
Develop opportunities with national and independent plumbing & heating merchants
Promote the company’s heat pumps, hybrid heating systems and related technologies.
Provide technical product expertise and deliver hands-on training/support where required.
Collaborate internally with a wider sales and technical team to maximise regional performance.

To be considered, you must bring strong technical credibility and a proven track record in the heating or renewables sector.
Experience selling heat pumps into installers and/or merchants.
Strong technical understanding of HVAC or renewable heating systems.
Ability to influence installers moving towards electrification technologies.
Living within the region (East Anglia, London, or Home Counties).
Exposure to hybrid or multi-technology heating systems.
