I have partnered with a well-established UK manufacturer of High-End Internal Fire Doors and Doorsets who are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager as part of a planned growth strategy. This role focuses on selling my clients full range of fire-rated doors, doorsets and associated products. Working directly with Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Installers. Approximately 70% of projects are within the NHS, with the remainder across high-end residential, education, leisure and commercial developments. Architect involvement is minimal, and the company operates a direct-to-market sales model with no distributor network. Covering the M4 Corridor and the South East of England their is room for flexibility for the right candidate as my client may also consider someone who is based within the Midlands.
The successful candidate will inherit and share a live pipeline of over 300 active projects and leads, providing immediate opportunity. The position is a pure growth role, supported by a structured handover and strong internal support.
