Location: South East
Salary: Circa £55,000 but flexible dependent on experience
Bonus: Annual company profit bonus (c. £12,000 paid last year)

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded specialist in the supply and installation of domestic kitchen appliances to the new-build residential sector.
With over 20+ years’ experience, they work with National Housebuilders, Regional Developers, Retirement Living providers, Student Accommodation schemes and Pod Manufacturers across the UK.
This is a field-based Business Development role responsible for a well-established territory currently turning over approximately £3.5m, with strong potential to grow to £5m+.
You will be selling a full portfolio of kitchen appliances on a supply and install basis, including:
The company distributes a broad range of leading global brands, offering flexibility and strong commercial propositions to developers.
The role is predominantly developer-led, targeting:
National Housebuilders
Regional & Independent Developers
Retirement Living providers
Some high-rise residential and commercial schemes
You will be responsible for:
Developing relationships with regional and national housebuilders
Identifying and securing new development opportunities
Managing projects from specification through to completion
Growing existing accounts and increasing market share within the territory
Delivering sustainable and profitable growth
Coverage includes:
Northants, Beds, Bucks, Cambs, Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex, Herts, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, London, Kent, Surrey, East & West Sussex, Hampshire.

Ideally you will have experience within:

Bathrooms
Interior products
Experience selling into developers or housebuilders would be highly advantageous.
