Key Account Executive – Heating New Build
North West / North Wales
Basic Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 dependent on experience
OTE: £65,000 – £72,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a market-leading manufacturer within the heating and renewables sector. This well-established business is renowned for its high-quality products, strong brand presence and continued investment across both traditional and renewable technologies.
Covering a well-established and high-performing territory, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with national and regional housebuilders across the North West, North Wales region
The Role
- Selling a range of domestic heating solutions including boilers and renewable technologies
- Managing relationships with national and regional housebuilders at regional office level
- Working closely with approved contractors to support specification and product usage
- Developing business with regional developers and housing projects
- Managing projects through specification to completion alongside merchant partners
- Maintaining and growing an established multi-million-pound territory
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience selling into the new build sector is highly desirable
- Background within heating, plumbing, HVAC, renewables or associated construction products
- Candidates selling other products into housebuilders will also be considered
- Strong relationship-building and specification sales experience
- Commercially driven with excellent communication skills
Package
- Basic salary of £55k–£60k
