Rob joined Courtney Smith Group in April 2016, bringing with him a strong background in medical recruitment. Since making the transition to the construction industry, he has successfully transferred his recruitment expertise and quickly become a valued member of the team.

Rob manages a range of key accounts and is known for his hardworking nature, energy, and ability to build lasting relationships across the building products sector. His broad understanding of the industry spans electrical sales, merchant distribution, and manufacturing.

Outside of work, Rob is a keen golfer with a handicap of 11. He’s also passionate about the outdoors and enjoys camping and exploring the UK countryside with his fiancee and their Cockapoo, Max.
