This trainee role offers hands-on mentoring from an experienced Technical Sales Manager and a clear pathway into a senior sales position. You’ll learn the full sales cycle, spending around 70% of your time developing specifications with architects, engineers and contractors the other 30% will be supporting sales through merchants and specialist distributors. The role combines office-based customer support with regular site and client visits, giving you exposure to projects from initial specification through to completion.
Full product and industry training will be provided, including support towards specialist qualifications and certifications. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in technical construction sales.

This could suit someone already in an external sales role or an Internal Sales Executive looking to take the next step into field-based technical sales. Product knowledge in waterproofing or a related products background is not essential as full training will be provided.
