Area Sales Manager – Civils
Location: South of England (Home Based)

The Role
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an Area Sales Manager to take responsibility for an established territory covering the South of England.
You’ll inherit a successful region with an existing turnover of approximately £4.5 million and will focus on developing business across both merchant/distributor accounts and contractor customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing relationships with national and independent merchants, distributors and buying groups.
- Increasing specification and sales with civil engineering and utility contractors.
- Identifying new business opportunities across your region.
- Promoting a comprehensive range of specialist infrastructure products.
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Achieving and exceeding sales and growth targets.
About You

- An experienced Area Sales Manager already selling through merchants and contractors.
- Someone with experience within civils, drainage, water management, construction products, plumbing, heavyside building materials or a related sector.
