Our client is looking to appoint a National Key Account Manager to sell their market-leading range of flat roofing and waterproofing systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key Tier 1 contractor accounts, working closely with some of the UK’s leading main contractors. Partnering with the Technical Sales Managers, you will be at the centre of major project pipelines, managing 3–4 live projects at any one time, securing specifications and supporting projects through to successful completion. The role also involves tracking project spend, identifying new business opportunities and supporting the development of long-term supply chain agreements.
You’ll be involved in high-value projects across the Education, Commercial and Government sectors, with responsibility for delivering an annual sales target of approximately £4 million. The role requires travel to London at least once per month.

You will have a proven track record of successfully selling to Tier 1 national contractors. You will have experience managing live construction projects, be commercially minded, highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
