This exciting position is selling a market-leading range of exterior cladding and façade solutions. This is a cradle-to-grave sales role, with approximately 80% of the focus on securing specifications and building, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with architects, specifiers, façade contractors, housing associations, and main contractors. You will manage projects from initial specification through to completion, working closely with distribution partners to ensure successful delivery. There is a strong emphasis on re-clad and refurbishment projects across a range of commercial sectors, including hotels, healthcare, education, leisure, and student accommodation. Covering the East and West Midlands this is an established territory with an existing project pipeline.

The successful candidate must have previous experience of selling to architects and specifiers and will ideally have pre-existing established relationships. Candidates will be considered from a variety of building product backgrounds, including external envelope products such as roofing, cladding, insulation or steel framing, as well as internal construction products including drylining, plasterboard or metal framing. Strong specification sales experience, commercial awareness, and the ability to develop long-term relationships are essential.
