Danielle officially joined Courtney Smith Group in September 2022, though many would say she’s been a vital part of the business behind the scenes for much longer – not least because she’s married to Managing Director, Dan.

After taking time out of the workforce to raise their three young sons, Danielle returned to a professional role with the company, bringing with her over 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. At Courtney Smith, she plays a key role in supporting the recruitment team and directors, while also managing the company’s finances and day-to-day administration.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys keeping fit, socialising with friends, and spending quality time on family holidays. Most weekends, you’ll find her pitchside across Hertfordshire and Essex, proudly supporting her football-obsessed sons.
