Area Sales Manager – Roofing

Role

Selling a range of pitched roofing products alongside associated roofing accessories. Specifying and selling to architects, surveyors, roofing contractors with back-selling through national and independent builders merchants. Projects are residential and commercial including newbuild and refurbishment. Managing existing accounts whilst developing new business. Delivering product demonstrations, CPDs, technical presentations and contractor/merchant training. Covering the South East this is a well-established, high-performing territory with significant growth potential.

Person

Roofing industry experience is advantageous, although other construction backgrounds including general heavyside such as bricks, insulation and timber will be considered. I am looking for a driven, personable, ambitious sales professional with a proactive approach to business development. Will consider candidates from manufacturers or builders’ merchants, including those with merchant sales experience.
