Role

Office Sales Manager

A varied office-based role combining office management, customer service, administration and logistics. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Technical Sales Executive

A customer-focused sales role supporting contractors and trade customers. You’ll handle inbound and outbound enquiries, provide technical advice, build relationships, and represent the business at trade events.

Both roles offer:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Office-based
• Full-time & permanent positions

Our client is a well-established European manufacturer of high-quality heating and plumbing solutions. They supply customers across multiple markets and have a growing presence in the UK through an established distribution network.

Candidate Profiles:

 

Office Sales Manager

• Knowledge of the plumbing and heating industry would be advantageous.
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Confident using computers and Microsoft Office systems.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with good attention to detail.

Technical Sales Executive

• Good technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain products.
• Previous experience within plumbing, heating, or a related industry would be beneficial.
• Candidates with hands-on trade experience are particularly encouraged to apply, although this is not essential.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with customers.
• Open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds who can demonstrate the right technical mindset.
