South West / M4 Corridor across to West London
Salary: Circa £50,000, have flexibility to pay more depending on experience
Bonus: Realistic £10,000 – £15,000 in year one (uncapped structure, paid twice yearly)

A leading UK manufacturer of commercial drainage solutions is looking to appoint a driven Area Sales Manager to manage a well-established territory across the South West, M4 Corridor and West London region.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality products and long-standing relationships within the construction sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a range of commercial drainage products and is primarily focused on project tracking and contractor engagement, working closely with contractors involved in commercial building projects.
You will be responsible for developing relationships with:
M&E Contractors, Main & Sub Contractors and Groundworkers
There will also be an element of back-selling through distributors and merchants.
A dedicated Specification Manager already covers the region, meaning this position focuses on converting specifications into orders at contractor level.

The company is looking for a motivated and tenacious sales professional who thrives in a field-based role.
Ideally you will have experience in one of the following areas:
Commercial drainage
Roofing products
Plumbing & Heating (commercial)
Building products sold to contractors
M&E contractor sales
Experience working with contractors and project-based sales would be highly advantageous.
This role would suit someone who is energetic, proactive and commercially focused rather than someone who simply maintains accounts.
Competitive basic salary circa £50,000 with flexibility for the right candidate
