This role offers the chance to represent a recognised brand with strong market presence, innovative product development, and significant growth plans — including new technologies such as heat pumps.
As Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing sales across a key South East territory, selling a range of domestic heating products through both merchant partners and installer networks.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing relationships with national and independent plumbing & heating merchants
Driving demand by engaging directly with installers and contractors
Increasing brand awareness through account development, events, and social engagement
Identifying and winning new business opportunities across the region
Supporting merchants with product training, promotions, and joint activity
Developing long-term partnerships to grow market share
The territory is already achieving strong sales performance but offers substantial opportunity for further growth and development.

The UK business is well established, employing hundreds of staff nationwide and competing with leading brands within the domestic heating market.
We are keen to speak with individuals who can build strong customer relationships and bring energy and enthusiasm to a field-based sales role.
Suitable backgrounds may include:
Plumbing & heating industry experience (preferred)
Merchant sales or trade counter background
Field sales experience within building products, bathrooms, or related sectors
Experience selling via merchants or installers advantageous but not essential

Commercially minded with a proactive approach
Comfortable developing both new and existing accounts
Basic salary circa £45,000
20% annual bonus (OTE £54,000)
