South East (South London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex)
Basic Salary: Competitve
OTE: £60,000 – £70,000

We are working with a well-established, market-leading manufacturer within the building services sector, currently experiencing strong growth following a highly successful year. Due to an internal promotion, they are now looking to appoint an Area Sales Manager to manage and develop the South East territory.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation that is heavily focused on energy efficiency, innovation, and product quality, with a strong reputation across the UK market.
Your role will be consultative and relationship-led, managing a balanced sales mix including:
M&E Contractors (circa 50%)
Consulting Engineers (circa 25%)
Distribution / Merchants (circa 25%), including both national and independent merchants
You will be tasked with creating demand within the specification market, driving projects from design stage through to order, and maximising market penetration across the region.
We are keen to speak with motivated, ambitious sales professionals who:
Have experience within commercial heating, building services, HVAC or M&E
Are comfortable working with consultants and contractors
Can generate demand rather than rely solely on merchant sales
Bring energy, hunger and a strong work ethic
Are keen to progress within a structured, growing business
Candidates from related technical sales backgrounds with the right attitude and commercial mindset will also be considered.
Competitive basic salary
Realistic OTE of £60,000 – £70,000
