    Area Sales Manager – HVAC

    Role

    Fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Area Sales manager and be a key player in promoting the company’s comprehensive range of heating and cooling solutions. Product lineup includes Heating and Cooling Coils, Fan Convectors, Trench Heating and Cooling, Radiant Heating and Cooling Panels, Air Curtains, and Unit Heaters – all of which can be tailored to meet individual client specifications. In this position, you will devote 80% of their time engaging M&E consultants, focusing on gaining specifications and conducting CPDs. You will also work closely with M&E Contractors, involving direct selling, protecting specifications, and breaking into new ones. Allocating the remainder of  your time to collaborate with Architects, LA/HA, and design consultants to broaden market reach. Promote both winning and breaking specifications to drive business growth. ASM will follow the product lifecycle from sale to on-site installation, actively participating in on-site assistance and advice. The ASM will also utilise an internal team for project tracking and support. This position will cover the North East of England and Scotland.

    Ideally candidates will have proven sales experience, preferably in the HVAC sector. Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships. Familiarity with M&E consultants, contractors and architects is desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team and willingness to engage in the full sales cycle, from product promotion to on-site installation.
