Area Sales Manager – Insulation
Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Area Sales Manager to join a well-established manufacturer operating within the UK construction market. This role will focus on developing and strengthening relationships across distribution and project stakeholders, helping to position the company’s products and systems as the preferred choice within the region.
You’ll be responsible for managing your territory, growing existing accounts, and identifying new opportunities across key customers, segments and major projects.
The Role
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing a defined regional territor
- Building strong relationships with distributors and key partner
- Driving product and system specification across target projects
- Supporting projects through to completion in collaboration with internal teams
- Providing commercial and technical guidance to customers
The Ideal Candidate
This role would suit someone with:
- Experience within the construction industry
- A background selling technical or solution-led products
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- A proven track record in field sales
- Good IT and CRM capability
- A proactive, organised and relationship-driven approach
