    Area Sales Manager; Manufacturer Cladding Systems

    Role

    As Specification Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle, from architectural specification through to contractor engagement and merchant distribution. You’ll become the go-to advisor in your region for a stunning, feature-rich cladding range known for:

    • ✅ Fire performance

    • ✅ Weather resistance & durability

    • ✅ Easy installation

    • ✅ Wide colour & finish variety

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Winning specifications with Architects, delivering CPDs and providing technical support

    • Building strong relationships with National & Regional Housebuilders

    • Managing project pipelines from design to delivery

    • Working closely with Installers / Contractors to ensure smooth supply chain execution

    • Driving sales through major distributors/merchants: SIG, International Timber, Vivalda, Jewson, AW Lumb, etc.

    The region you will manage is the North East, Yorkshire and the East Midlands. This region has lots of potential for growth.

    We’re seeking a confident, technical sales professional with experience in specification sales, ideally within construction products such as:

    • Cladding / Facades

    • Roofing Systems

    • Bricks / External Wall Insulation (EWI)

    • Other Building Envelope Products

    Ideal Background:

    • Proven track record in specification sales (architects / new build sector)

    • OR experience with manufacturers selling into Installers / Contractors / Merchants

    • Strong relationships across the supply chain

    • A technical mindset with the ability to present CPDs and win trust at all stages of the build process
