As Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of the company’s full range of commercial plumbing products within the Building Services division.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing an established territory with circa £2m+ turnover.
Selling to M&E contractors (50%), distribution partners (40%) including nationals and independents such as BSS, Smith Brothers, Pipe Center and others, plus 10% specification sales.
Developing new business and creating demand, not just relying on merchant pull-through.
Working closely with consultants, contractors, and distribution to maximise sales opportunities.
Representing a forward-thinking brand
This role has become available due to an internal promotion, offering a warm and active area with consistent target achievement in recent years.
A strong commercial background within heating & plumbing or commercial building services.
Ideally from a manufacturer background, though distribution experience will also be considered.
Self-motivated with the ability to create demand and win specification.
Comfortable working with both contractors and distribution channels.
Dynamic, enthusiastic, and able to fit into a younger, ambitious team.
