This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take ownership of a key region, promoting a leading range of tile and adhesive products. The Customer Base is spending 50% with Contractors and Specialist Installers (tiling, bathroom, and wetroom specialists). The remaining 50% is spent with Small to Medium Housebuilders (typically 5–20 plots per year) There is minimal sales through merchants as the company can provide direct to the end-users. 80% Account Management – developing and maximising existing relationships and 20% New Business Development – identifying and securing new opportunities.
The territory is currently underperforming, with strong potential for growth. Current turnover is approximately £970k, with realistic potential to reach £1.5m–£2m through effective account management and business development. The region you will manage is North & London, Essex, Herts, Beds, Bucks, Cambs, Norfolk, Suffolk.

Experience selling to contractors or specialist installers

Experience with housebuilders is advantageous
Preference for candidates with field-based B2B sales experience within the construction or building materials sector
