Area Sales Manager – Tiles & Adhesives

Role

This role is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s portfolio of premium tiling, bathroom, and flooring solutions. The product range includes tile adhesives and installation systems, ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles, sanitaryware, baths, and showers, wet room systems, and flooring products.

The position focuses on developing business with contractors and specialist installers, including tilers, bathroom fitters, and wet room contractors, as well as small to medium-sized housebuilders delivering approximately 5–20 plots per year.

Working closely with the merchant network, the successful candidate will drive specification and demand through end users while supporting and developing merchant relationships to maximise sales opportunities. The role involves managing and growing existing customer accounts alongside identifying and securing new business opportunities within the territory.

The region your will manage is the M62 corridor including the North West and all of Yorkshire.
