    Area Sales Manager x3 – Modular & Portable Buildings

    Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 basic + uncapped commission
    Car: Company car (Touran / BMW 330e / Polestar) or £600 per month car allowance
    Location: Large regional territory (UK)

    The Opportunity

    An established UK manufacturer of bespoke modular and portable building solutions is expanding its sales team and is seeking experienced, driven Area Sales Managers to take ownership of high-value regional territories.

    With over 20 years’ experience designing and manufacturing custom-built portable cabins, the business supplies buy-to-own solutions (rather than rental) into a wide range of sectors including housebuilding, construction, infrastructure and end users.

    This is a high-autonomy, field-based role with significant earning potential and strong backing from manufacturing and leadership teams.

    Products

    You will be responsible for selling a bespoke range of:

    • Portable & modular accommodation units

    • Fire-rated cabins

    • Security cabins

    • Anti-vandal units

    Typical order values are around £100k, with regional sales targets of approximately £300k per month.

    Customers & Markets

    You’ll manage and develop relationships across multiple sectors, including:

    • National & regional housebuilders (dealing at regional offices)

    • Main & sub-contractors

    • Civil engineering and infrastructure companies

    • Rail & highways projects

    • Automotive and commercial sites

    • End users (including sports & leisure facilities)

    The business already works with major UK housebuilders and has delivered high-profile projects nationwide.

    The Role

    Area’s can be adjusted but ideally Midlands / South West / South East  (Roles are available due to growth and internal changes)

    • Manage and grow a large regional territory with full autonomy

    • Develop existing accounts and win new business

    • Work closely with internal teams to deliver bespoke solutions

    • Manage long sales cycles and complex projects

    • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers

    About You

    • Proven field sales experience, ideally within construction, modular buildings, cabins, or related sectors

    • Comfortable working a large territory independently

    • Experience driving business with Tier 1 contractors, housebuilders and project-led sales

    • Commercially driven, resilient and self-motivated

    • A strong team player with a hands-on, hardworking approach

    Product background is flexible — attitude, drive and credibility in front of customers are key.
