    Business Development Manager – Concrete Building Products

    We are working with a leading manufacturer of innovative and sustainable building solutions who are experiencing strong growth across their Concrete Building Products division. As part of this expansion, they are seeking a technically minded, solutions-focused Business Development Manager to support customers across the South West.

Their range plays a crucial part in how homes and communities are built — and you will be at the centre of helping house builders and contractors deliver successful projects.

    The Role

    As Business Development Manager, you will be the key point of contact for:

    • House builders

    • Groundworkers

    • Contractors

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Providing technical advice and practical support to ensure products are used safely, correctly and to specification

    • Offering on-site guidance to troubleshoot issues and keep projects moving

    • Building strong and trusted relationships across your region

    • Helping customers select the right solutions to meet project needs

    Ideal Candidate

    • Experience within construction, civils, concrete products or building materials

    • Strong technical understanding with the ability to provide practical, on-site solutions

    • Excellent relationship builder with a service-led mindset

    • Able to work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experience

    • Confident advising house builders, tier 1 contractors and groundworkers
