Business Development Manager – Flat Roofing

Market Leading Manufacturer of Flat Roofing Products;

Selling the companies full range of flat roofing products, solutions & accessories. Primarily Liquid Roofing & Waterproofing. This company are a very well respected business and this role crosses into both New Build & Refurbishment projects, a slightly higher focus on Refurb. . Targeting specification projects via Architects, Building Surveyors , High End Developers, Local Authorities &  Roofing Contractors. The role will see you conducting CPD’s , the area is performing very well against current targets. The area is West & East Midlands but also comes down into Oxfordshire, Bucks, Beds, Northants & Cambridgeshire.

My client is looking for a high calibre sales individual with a proven sales background ideally in the RCI sector – Roofing, Cladding, Insulation, Glazing etc. However as long as you are on the upward curve of your career and have the right attitude, drive and positive frame of mind my client would consider any other structural or Heavy Side building product background if you have sold through Specification / Contractors. You also need to possess the ability to sell a solution. Great opportunity to work for a market leader in a positive working environment.
