We are working on behalf of a leading national plumbing and heating merchant to find an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager for the Berkshire region.
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Drive sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with trade customers.
- Selling full range of Heating/Plumbing and Sanitaryware products
- Targeting contractors and regional developers across the Berkshire region
- Identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Provide tailored solutions that meet customers’ specific needs and challenges.
This is a field-based role, ideal for someone who thrives on meeting customers face-to-face and delivering outstanding results.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the plumbing, heating sector
- Comfortable dealing with contractors/developers
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- A results-focused mindset with the drive to meet and exceed targets.
- A full UK driving license.
