You will be tasked with selling the wide & varied range of Bathroom products. This would include showering, wetrooms, trays, screens and also a care range that they take to market. There are 2 positions available here, the first being North Wales, Cheshire & Merseyside. Although a small & compact region, this patch is very strong with a significant revenue stream. The reason for this vacancy is the current indiviudal is being promoted to a different part of the business after 7 years of outstanding work. The 2nd region is managing West Wales & South Wales, this position is nurturing a strong patch and overseeing some key relationships.
Both positions are tasked with selling into Social Housing providers, Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Contractrors which can range from T1 suppliers such as Kier, Ian Williams, United Living down to “1 man band” heating engineers and bathroom installers. There will also be some merchant involvement too, including Travis Managed Services.

My client is seeking someone who is a good salesperson regardless of what product you have sold. He is open minded just as long as you currently work within the building products industry. If you have a “related” product background such as bathrooms or kitchens then this will be advantageous. My client wants someone who is able to present, so this might be someone from a specification background who is used to CPD’s or presenting to councils / social housing.
