A market-leading global manufacturer in the heating and renewables sector is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive growth across the North West region—covering areas such as Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire, and Cumbria.
The Role
This is a specification-led sales role, focused on promoting a wide portfolio of renewables (especially heat pumps) and boilers. You’ll work closely with:
- Local authorities and housing associations
- Regional developers
- Contractors to ensure project follow-through from spec to installation.
The territory is performing strongly, with thousands of units sold annually across boilers and heat pumps. The role is a key part of a strategic growth initiative following internal team changes and increased demand in the renewables sector.

About You
We’re looking for a commercially driven professional with:
- Proven experience in specification sales (must-have).
- Ideally a background in renewables, plumbing & heating, or HVAC—though candidates from adjacent sectors will be considered if they have the right spec experience.
- Strong understanding of working with local authorities, social housing, and large residential developers.
- Ability to work autonomously across a dynamic, evolving territory.
