    Key Account Manager – Insulation

    Role

    This Key Account Manager role is further evidence of this leading Manufacturers continued commitment to growth. You will be selling the companies complete range of Insulation materials, everything from fire, thermal & acoustic Insulation through to cavity barriers and facade systems.  Your sole responsibility will be Tier 1 Main Contractors and National developers. The accounts will be allocated from a portfolio of customers who spend upwards of £7 million.  You will be managing and setting up agreements, rebates etc but it will also be crucial that you develop and maintain relationships at all levels – through board level, to buyers and site.  60% of the projects will be in London and due to an element of the role being national there will be over night stays of perhaps 2 days a week.  They have completed projects such as Canary Wharf, One Hyde Park, SSE Hydro Arena and London Olympics. This is a pivotal role for the company working with some of the countries biggest tier 1 contractors.

    My client is looking for a really high calibre sales person who can clearly demonstrate experience and success in dealing with national Tier 1 Main Contractors, a background in Insulation, Facades & Fire Protection will be a huge advantage but not essential. You need to be able to show that you are within a Key or National Accounts environment dealing with Main Contractors.  You must also understand how construction projects operate. You can be based anywhere but NOT in the extremes of the UK.
