This position will be responsible for selling a full range of KBB Lighting products. The role involves managing key national retail and trade accounts, including major DIY outlets such as B&Q. The successful candidate will inherit a portfolio of established accounts. You will be required to set up and manage national and regional agreements, including framework agreements. A significant part of the role will involve branch-level engagement, including overseeing promotions, point of sale (POS), volumetrics and ensuring product visibility and growth across regions.

My client is open to the successful candidates product background for this position, provided you have strong experience managing national/key accounts within DIY/Sheds including the likes of B&Q, Wickes, Toolstation and Screwfix. You will need to be proactive, driven and confident in building relationships at both a regional and national level as well as being comfortable managing all levels of negotiating and be willing to take initiative in developing accounts.
